Abstract:In business ethics is often mentioned the so-called "PrisonerĀ“s Dilemma". However this term is not well understood. This article alleges that game theory models are remarkable in the field for discussions of prudential ethics. The author also examine using them as a practical pedagogical exercise and suggesting thet they are useful in corporate personhood discussion.
