| Abstract: | This article evaluates ecosystem pricing and anthropogenic carbon emissions using an input-output system combining energy-based ecosystem pricing in an integrated ecosystem-economy model. The existing concepts of ecosystem pricing and the 'Ecological Footprint' are discussed, and 'Ecological Value Added' of emission absorptions is calculated to derive sustainability indicators. |
