| Abstract: | Traditionally organizations are considered to consist of either things or processes, and research is conducted by either variance or process methods. This article introduces a typology of four complementary approaches for studying organizational change, which combines the two above mentioned dimensions. Each dimension has a different focus and provides a different perspective, offering together a rich understanding of organizational change. |
