| Abstract: | The paper examines complex connection between sustainable development, social entrepreneurship and corporate responsibility and how they affect corporate governance. The article investigates the work that SustainAbility has done in the area of corporate governance and the three waves of societal pressure on business since 1960 and their trends in the future. It also reviews some headline conlusions that emerged in this field from the annual summit of the World Economic Forum 2006 in Davos. |
