Abstract:The article examines the relations among ethical consideration, family management and organizational performance in corporate governance. The study emphasizes the discussion of ethics within corporate governance and motivation of eliminating obstacles to ethically exemplary behaviour. The major findings of the study emphasize the importance of family management as a major ethical issue within corporate governance and organizational performance. The study has developed an operational model of ethical considerations of corporate governance for businesses wanting to improve their corporate governance.
