| Abstract: | Based on an Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) funded study of working-class lesbians, this article makes use of the concept of 'misrecognition' to refer to the ways that working-class lesbians are seen as unentitled to occupy commercialized scene space, focussing mainly on a selection of UK cities. |
