Abstract: | The paper identifies the ultimate justification for business activity as an aesthetic justification. Aesthetics is defined as appreciation of beauty. There are five qualities of aesthetic judgment: disinterest, subjectivity, inclusivity, contemplativity and internality. The quality of aesthetic judgment determines the extent to which business activity enhances quality of life. |
