| Abstract: | In this article, the authors study the organizational design in environments that change continuously. The authors used Linux and Wikipedia as case study examples in order to understand and accept the incompleteness of design. The results underline the importance of a pragmatic approach to design, where the focus is on both processes and outcomes at the same time. |
