Abstract:This paper studies the role of psychological well-being (PWB) in predicting employee cardiovascular health. This possibility was tested in a sample of 113 supervisory personnel employed by a medium-sized public sector organization in California. In specific, while neither diastolic blood pressure (DBP) or systolic blood pressure (SBP) were related to PWB, two composite cardiovascular measures, pulse pressure and pulse product were related to PWB.
