| Abstract: | This paper proposes to bridge the domains of positive health and leadership. It is suggested that a "positive" health model helps explain highly effective leadership. The leader must strive for health and facilitate health is his/her followers. Leadership is looked at through this new and positive lens, that of "positive" health promotion. |
