Abstract:The article examines the effect of corporate social responsibility(CSR)on employees' organizational commitment. The study utilizes social identity theory as a basis for this analysis. 269 business professionals in Turkey were studied to test this model. The results indicate that CSR to social and non-social stakeholders, customers and employees were important predictors of organizational commitment.
