| Abstract: | Medium-sized companies, as a rule, are not in a position to gather analytical material suitable for proper decision making. This information becomes available through highly integrated programmes, which generally are expensive, thus exceeding the financial means of these enterprises. A consultant shows how to apply a balance-analysis system suitable for several enterprises. It permits every company to receive detailed data enabling week-point analysis and management. At the same time, comparative data are presented which can be utilized in the framework of controlling mandate to take measures aimed at improvement. The system works on a stiff disc personal computer. |
