| Abstract: | A systematic analysis of the impact of the legal environment upon the organizational structure of a business enterprise is presented. Subsequently, the organizational implications of legal norms for the independent joint-stock company, or "Aktiengesellschaft", before concluding with an analysis of the direct effects of legislation upon the work of the organizer are considered. The data for decisions resulting from legal norms about organizational structuring alternatives can be divided according to their position in the decision-model into supports, induced by legal norms, restrictions and consequences of the prevailing organizational structuring. |
