| Abstract: | Backed by the improving technical possibilities in telecommunication, telework is becoming a problem of increasingly topical interest.Opinions, hovewer, differ as to its purpose and feasibility. Initial experience is being gathered with the aid of model tests. Practice has still to show whether telework will revolutionize office work or remain bogged down in the theoretical approach. This article considers the individual possibilities and problems of telework, particularly telework at home. |
