Abstract:The coordinative and integrative nature of knowledge and the need for developing the "integration-friendly" and knowledge supportive systems are stressed. The definition of the term "knowledge", its ambiguities and objects are discussed. The relationship between organization and structure of objects of knowledge is represented to present a model of knowledge. The division and the reintegration of knowledge are also discussed. It is concluded that, at least in the most developed economies of Japan and the USA, technology is rapidly becoming "teknowledgy".
