Abstract:Sensitivity analysis is used to demonstrate the capability and flexibility of the zero-one-goal programming model in solving the warehouse location problem where multiple criteria have to be satisfied. The use of sensitivity analysis for the above programming formulations have been limited to changes in the priority structure. This concept is extended to include the rightand-side values in this analysis. The model provides alternatives which completely satisfy the priority structure devised by management as well as a number of transportation cost minimisation alternatives.
