Abstract:Logistic strategies are long-term measures that are planned for certain logistic target areas. They are characterized by some principal fields of operation in industrial companies: goods distribution, contract management and distribution, procurement and stock coverage. At the same time, a difference has to be made between logistic part areas or functions that are derived from this strategic structure, e.g. transport, packaging, commissioning, intermediate storage. Logistic strategy has to develop the company as a unit the optimum.
