| Abstract: | The authors show the approach labeled construct equivalence to replacing validated selection tests to which job applicants may have prior access. They investigated the equivalence of the experimental and the current tests. Results indicate that the experimental and current tests measure the same constructs and that replacing the current tests with the experimental ones would treat ethnic and sex subgroups consistently. |
