Abstract: | The authors examined the effects of explicit commitment to employment-at-will personnel policies versus due process policies and compensation strategy. They found significant main effects and interaction effects for the influence of personnel and compensation policies on reported favorability of corporate impressions and intentions to pursue employment. |
