Abstract:Since job involvement, sense of competence, and job satisfaction are psychological and attitudinal factors operating in employees at the work setting, it is important to study the relationships among these variables. Using a sample of 267 American bank employees, this study explored the job satisfaction of the employees at the workplace through the quality of life factors. The results suggest that personal, job, and organizational climate factors affect people's job involvement in their jobs.
