| Abstract: | The authors investigated the effects of rater source, ratee race, ratee sex, and job type on rating on 10 behaviorally based dimensions. Each ratee was evaluated by one Black and by one White rater for the race effects analysis and by one male and by one female rater for the sex analysis. Significant interactions were found. |
