| Abstract: | The starting point of this article is a project protecting against flooding to be built in 11 villages of the canton of Uri. This brings up the problem of financing. After introducing some general rules for the allocation of costs based on overhead costs the criteria of efficiency and two fairness concepts /Stapley-West and Nucleolus/ are modelled. |
