| Abstract: | MARS is a program package for PC which solves problems arising at request and law departments of savings and loan institutions. The paper presents the experiences of the Monchengladbach saving and loan with the package. The problems solved with the new system are the following: handling of an increasing volume of cases, looking up individual cases, preparing end-of-year balances and analysing the activity. |
