| Abstract: | In an extremely competitive labour market, the choice of persons searching for job will be dictated for a short while still by the factors: wage or salary policy, career chances, company type, activities abroad and qualitative instead of quantitative growth. In the long run the comparison of two companies according to these criteria will hardly lead to decision. The company of the future is characterized by its mission, value-orientations, work attitudes. It is shown that all of these constitute the critical success factors for every organization. The role of management succession and management development is highlighted. |
