| Abstract: | The costs of the visit or of the nursing of an ill dependent can be subtracted from the tax only under special conditions as an extra burden. The 1990 new regulations allow a nursing lump of 1 800 DM. There are examples in the article in which this sum is justified and others when it is not. |
