| Abstract: | SACEM, the French performing right society ordered and audit of the accounts of private FM radio station NRJ. Several composers and music publishers complained that the station's payments for airplay of SACEM repertoire have been well below the expectations. The problem is very complex because there are many reasons why composers receive a smaller distribution from NRJ than from other stations. |
