| Abstract: | Traded services are classified by Stern- Hoekman in four groups: directly tradeable ("pure") services, services traded through movement of the seller, services traded through movement of the buyer and services traded through movement of both buyer and seller. The author summarises models developed for the separate groups and asserts that an all-embracing model of trade in services should and could be developed. He defines the main characteristics of such a model. |
