| Abstract: | This essay looks at the ideas of leadership and authority and how they change in a postindustrial society. It also examines three recently published works by Warren Bennis, Peter Vaill, and Tom Gilmore about the crisis in themes that link the concerns expressed leadership. Finally it explores various in the literature to some significant social and cultural issues. |
