Abstract:The videotape program, developed by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, highlights the current issues that employers must implement once a policy is in place, including accommodation, co-worker grief, benefits and community education. Corporations should consider the Human Immunodeficiency Syndrome policy an opportunity - not a burden - to communicate with employees and remind them that their company is interested in its human resources.
