| Abstract: | Against the background of the application of modern information and communications technology, the conditions determining performance in office and administrative sectors are being increasingly subjected to critical analysis. The author analyses the reasons for the application of structural approaches to broad sectors of office work and attempts to establish the basic principles of a concept for process-oriented organisation structures. It is clear that only through the application of the process principle of organisation structure can substantial rationalisation reserves be developed after the introduction of modern information and communications technology. |
