| Abstract: | Efforts to increase aviation safety have brought cockpit resource management into the focus of attention. An objective index of the cockpit-management attitudes of crew members is therefore useful for evaluating the impact of CRM training. The Cockpit Management Attitudes Questionnaire /CMAQ/ provides such an index. A revised version of the scale is the subject of this investigation. |
