| Abstract: | Ten years ago the scale of the problem of sexual harassment at work had not been documented. Today it is overall accepted that proven sexual harassment is unlawful sexual discrimination. The European Commission's code of conduct on "the protection of the dignity of women and men at work" is on its way. The author explains what policies the employers need to develop to prevent sexual harassment from occurring. |
