| Abstract: | In the present paper the author explores the implications that the word SPIRITUALITY has for him, and then moves to draw parallels between his perception of his own spirituality and that of organisations. He closes by looking at the implications this has for the balancing act the author goes through when trying to develop and foster both his spirit and those of the organisations he meets. |
