| Abstract: | Making the controlling of research and development both measurable and controllable is one of the most difficult tasks of practical management. The earlier technocratic and tailor-made solutions have been pushed into the background. Nowadays, it is not only the costs that are controlled, but also the teamwork in an open atmosphere, the uncomplicated, free style of work, the unrestricted space for nonconventional working teams. The article describes the specialities of controlling when applied to R&D, laying special emphasis on the filtering function of controlling. |
