Abstract: | Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation has been devoted to internal stripping and restructuring in the past two years. They didn't regard capital-raising by stocks as the sole objective. Instead, they thought of the restructuring of the stock-system as the continuation of their route of good quality and benefits. A process of "innovative damages" was initiated. Restructuring of capital concentrated superior resources on the fastest-growing section of productivity. Organizational innovations removed lifeless sections and established new operation mechanisms. |
