| Abstract: | In the case of Slovenia the problem is how to abolish social ownership or how to change quasi equity into equity.Taking into account the very essence of the market-planned economic system and the hangovers of its functioning the common sense or populist solution should not be taken seriously.These are distribution of shares among citizans or quick sale of everything to the highest bidders. |
