| Abstract: | The stock company, which is growing up with commodity economy, is a sort of advanced productive managing form. This form is not that of ownership, but that of neutral. In the proceeding of developing market economy and restructuring the enterprises of state ownership, socialism of China should implement the reform of stock system, so as to overcome the present problems on the reform of enterprises owned by state. |
