Abstract:An enterprise is considered to be agile or have agility if it has the ability to thrive in an environment of continuous and unpredictable change. Agility builds off much of the current as well as past continuous improvement and learn activity from the decade of the 1980's. What is difference between the words lean and agile? What part of lean compliments the ability of a company to be abile? A simple explanation of the two concepts will be useful.
