Abstract: | This article examines how different types of masculinity are formed over time at organizational change programmes and how this affects the gendering of organizational culture. Annual reports from a North American electrical company, Nova Scotia Power, are analyzed using a critical sensemaking approach. It is discovered that company's masculine cultures influenced the images and text used in the company policies. |
