| Abstract: | The paper discusses the rapid knowledge loss and learning techniques to tackle it. With the impending exodus of the baby boomer generation, skilled workers will be at a premium and new, rapid and effective training techniques are required in order to meet the rising demand for workers. One-two punch used in Atlantis Systems is described here. It allows customers to be brought into the planning process to develop products, and helped to produce targeted training systems to better meet their needs. |
