Abstract:The paper examines the relations between the perception of multiple best practice HRM and employee performance outcome. A study of employees in various different Norwegian service organizations was conducted to investigate this relationship. The findings indicate that intrinsic motivation moderated several relations between perceived knowledge sharing, perceived empowerment of employees, and employee outcomes.
