Abstract:The purpose of the article is to examine factors that may impact on marketing graduate of professional identity. The study is based on a questionnaire among the marketing graduates in a large university in Greater London. The results are consistent with the view that a business can manage systemically the ways in which the graduates recruit define their professional identity.
