Abstract:This study aims to examine the impact of some organizational culture attributes, including, e.g. openness to change, innovation, trust, teamwork, . . . , information flow, employees' involvement, . . . , customer service etc. on the knowledge exchange (KE) process within the context of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as a representation of the Saudi context.
Using a descriptive correlation design and a web survey to gather data from over 370 employees working on STC, and selecting the sample through an e-mailing list, it is found that the cultural attributes of trust, innovation, information flow, . . . etc. impact on KE within the context of the STC. Moreover, there is found a statistically significant correlation btw. organizational culture and KE as a whole (0.75) etc.
