Abstract: | Previous machine learning systems exhibit symptoms similar to the bounded rationality exhibited by human learners when processing capacities are exceeded. DKAS (Distributed Knowledge Acquisition Systems) is an intelligent learning system built upon a multi-agent and distributed problem processing environment and has the capability to perform learning in complex problem domains. In this research, a portfolio management problem is used and the results suggest that DKAS can effectively identify high performance stocks based on companies' financial reports. |
