| Abstract: | The Institut fuer Technologiemanagement of the St. Gallen University (Switzerland) has carried out a survey about the state-of-the-art of quality management in Switzerland. 173 corporations have answered the questionnaire, the majority of which have quality control certificate (issued by the country's central quality assurance association). Beside the questions concerning the application of technological-organizational tools the position of quality management in marketing and the registration of quality costs have also been studied. The results are presented and conclusions are drawn. |
