Abstract:Education is a total process. Its implementation, which is the result of a well-though-out discussion between all persons concerned, guarantees that the required skills will be installed in the right place, for the right person, at the right moment and at the best price. IBM, in structuring the training process , has evolved a common methodological guideline, known as "Systems Approach To Education" (SATE). The SATE - applied to the different steps of the process - could be defined as "the art of making training efficient". It is attempted to show.
