Abstract:The unfavorable influence and the damages of the U.S. anti-dumping law to the Sino-America trade are manifested by the related stipulation of the "non market economy". The U.S. denies the production and sale data and condition by means of "substitution economy" and excludes completely the China's comparative advantages of the commodity production and labor force. According to the usual practice used to planned-economy states, the U.S. levies anti-dumping duty on all exported enterprises and makes the amount of the export of some products decline sharply and some products withdraw from the U.S.
