| Abstract: | Returning to GATT will pound the traditional view of development strategy of China, improve the reform of economic management system and have positive significance to enterprise management scale and competitive capability. China needs to reform and improve the present finance system to give the enterprises more right of management and to divide the enterprises from government. China should carry out policies of gradually adapting free trade, protecting important national industries and protecting young industries and markets. It is also necessary for China to gradually release import restrictions, to lower the customs and to protect dominant strategic industries such as electronic, petrochemistry, construction , automobile and so on. |
