| Abstract: | Invisible employment is an economics phenomenon existing in different degrees all over the world. It results spontaneously from economic dislocations and disorders, with different scopes and varieties in different countries. The existence of invisible employment raises the actual employment ratio, the living standards of the employee and fills up some vocational vacancy in economic life. But it closely relates to underground economy. Tax-dodging, etc. With its scope expands, invisible employment will sharply reduce a state's revenue, dilute the effect of economic macro-decisions and affect the normal operation of economy. |
