Abstract:Most foreign investment in China come from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao. Foreign capitals from Japan and America are less. The capitals from Europe are the least. No doubt, preferential treatment in China's legislations concerning foreign investment led to inadequate structure of foreign investment sources. To improve the situation, the unified laws must be made to adjust foreign-invested enterprises. Preferential treatment should prefer medium-large-sized projects. China's markets should be opened in order to attract more foreign capitals, especially capitals from Europe.
